Job description
As leading organisation within the Agricultural, Forestry and Plant industry, we are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
You need to have experience of working in a busy parts department, helping customers to identify and purchase all the parts they need through both old fashioned catalogues and computerised parts systems.
An understanding of the products we sell and the customers we support would be an advantage, but we will provide training to bring you up to speed on the product range.
About the new parts role:
• Responsible for the selling of parts across their equipment range (small plant, ground care, Forestry equipment).
• Dealing with customer queries and helping them find the right part.
• Responsible for maintaining stock levels in the stores.
• Ordering specialist parts as they are required.
• Quoting and providing parts into our workshop
• Undertaking inventory checks to make sure all parts ordered are delivered and are the correct parts needed.
Experience /
Skills Required
• Similar experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
• Great accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of working within a busy, hands on environment.
• Familiar with Agricultural, Ground care or Plant/Construction would be advantageous although full training and support will be provided.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job description
Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Plant or Groundcare Fitter to join our team at our Warrington depot.
Role &
Responsibilities of Fitter:
Carry out repairs as well as routine service and maintenance on small mobile
plant – mainly woodchippers and stump grinders. As well as working on customers
machines you will also maintain our hire equipment and refurbish second-hand
machines ready for resale.
As part of an established team you will need to liaise with our parts
department and our service administration team and accurately complete the
necessary computerised forms or paperwork.
Generally you will be working within a workshop environment but from time to
time you will need to work at customers’ sites.
Wherever you are working you will need to adhere to health and safety
requirements and ensure your workplace is always clean and tidy.
Experience /
Skills Required
Ideally we are looking for an experienced Plant or Tool Hire Fitter with a
solid background of hands-on mechanical, diagnosis, service and repair.
Groundcare or Plant Hire industry experience would be an advantage.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plant or mechanical maintenance and repair.
A flexible approach, with the ability to work within a team in a fast moving
role.
Driving licence is a must to cover on site breakdowns on occasions
Working hours are generally 7.30am – 16.00pm Mon- Fri but we aim to be a flexible employer.
This is a salaried role plus a modest bonus and a fully expensed van.

Area: Warrington Depot
Job description
Spectrum Plant as a leading supplier of machinery to the Arboriculture
Industry currently and we have an opportunity for a Machine
Demonstrator/Delivery Person to join our Sales Department.
This will be a role based from our Warrington Depot but will involve travel
around the country to assist the Sales Team and our Dealers with on-site
demonstrations, machine deliveries and new machine handovers. Depending on your
skills you might also become involved in preparing machines for demo and sale.
The successful applicant will require:
Good machinery operating experience, preferably, but not solely with wood
chippers, stump grinders, tracked machines and skid steer loaders
Some mechanical knowledge to carry out daily and operational checks on
machinery to ensure machines are safe and ready for operation.
Excellent communication skills to explain and demonstrate the features and capabilities
of all our machine ranges.
A clean driving licence inc. at least B+E category
The ability to safely and efficiently plan their own daily tasks
